Pork with wine and honey or petimezi (grape syrup)

Instructions
- Pour olive oil in a deep-frying pan to medium-high heat.
- When heated, put the pork chopped into small pieces and cook it for 3-4 min.
- Pour wine and vinegar.
- Add garlic and fry for 3 more min.
- Lower the heat and add honey, thyme and oregano.
- Stir pork well and at regular intervals.
- Fry food for 14-15 more min. until the sauce has been fully caramelized.
- 5 min. before it is ready, add pitted plums.
- Serve with thyme and mint.
