Cretan pasta – Skioufikta with vegetables

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

INSTRUCTIONS

1st way hot plate
We boil the skioufikta in salty water. In a frying pan, we add all the material in the abovementioned order as written to be sautéed. In the end we add the feta and we make a nice salad. We add the skioufikta, we mix them smoothly and then we serve.

2nd way cold plate
We boil the skioufikta in salty water and we leave them to cool. We cut all the ingredients and put them in a bassina. We add the cold skioufikta, we mix and serve.

1 kg Skioufikta – handmade tubular pasta
100 gr olive oil
45 gr red pepper
45 gr green pepper
45 gr yellow pepper
150 gr oblong cherry tomato
90 gr olive rings
45 gr caper
1 pinch of salt
Granulated pepper
Fresh oregano
160 gr local Feta Seliani or other Feta cheese
